Con la chiusura del primo ciclo di CUTICOLE, edito da DITO Publishing, celebriamo un percorso che ha trasformato la poetica di ogni artistə in un racconto visivo unico. Un dialogo profondo con il proprio immaginario, che ha dato forma a otto fanzine capaci di esplorare l’inconscio creativo di ciascuno. CONDOTTO48 vi aspetta per una presentazione speciale delle Cuticole e una mostra collettiva nella Project Room, dedicata alle opere di otto artistə che hanno intrapreso questo viaggio accompagnati da DITO Publishing casa editrice indipendente con sede a Roma per la fotografia contemporanea e le arti visive fondata nel 2020 da Martha Micali e Klim Kutsevskyy.. Realizza libri e progetti editoriali in tiratura limitata ed edizioni speciali, sviluppando i lavori in sinergia con artistə, con particolare attenzione alla ricerca dei materiali e al design del libro. |
DITO Publishing nasce con l’intento specifico di dar voce a quei linguaggi photography-based e paper-based media, cercando di creare un ponte tra l’ambiente fotografico e quello dell’arte contemporanea. Collaborando con artistə e curatorə che operano in una direzione uguale o assimilabile e che utilizzano nella loro ricerca il mezzo fotografico e/o la carta, esplorandone possibilità, soluzioni e ibridazioni.

With the closing of the first cycle of CUTICOLE, published by DITO Publishing, we celebrate a journey that has transformed the poetics of each artist into a unique visual story. A deep dialogue with one's own imagination, which has given shape to eight fanzines capable of exploring the creative unconscious of each.
CONDOTTO48 awaits you for a special presentation of Cuticole and a collective exhibition in the Project Room, dedicated to the works of the eight artists who have undertaken this journey accompanied by DITO Publishing
an independent publishing house based in Rome for contemporary photography and visual arts founded in 2020 by Martha Micali and Klim Kutsevskyy. It creates books and editorial projects in limited editions and special editions, developing the works in synergy with the artists, with particular attention to the research of materials and the design of the book.
DITO Publishing was born with the specific intent of giving voice to those languages of photography-based and paper-based media, trying to create a bridge between the photographic environment and that of contemporary art. Collaborating with artists and curators who work in the same or similar direction and who use photography and/or paper in their research, exploring possibilities, solutions and hybridizations.
